How a project runs
From the first site visit to the final electrical connection.

Consultation & Site Survey
Before anything is drawn, someone looks at the actual building: the mounting surface, the power, and the sight lines.
- 02
Design
Concepts, scaled elevations, and the drawings a landlord and a permit office will actually accept.
- 03
Permitting
We pull the permit. Every Texas jurisdiction writes its own sign code, and getting it wrong costs weeks.
- 04
Fabrication
Custom channel letters, dimensional letters, monument signage, and cabinets built to the approved drawings.
- 05
Installation
Bucket trucks, crane sets, electrical connection, and a crew that leaves the building the way it found it.
Repair & Service
A separate service, on signs we built and signs we did not.
Every jurisdiction in Texas writes its own sign code, so the permit is usually what sets the schedule. That is why it is a numbered step here rather than something that happens to you halfway through.
